Travel on Friday - Signs along the way

Signs are all around us, but unless they're flashing neon we rarely see them. Open your eyes to some signs where you live or travel and take some photos of signs today. Here are some examples:-












Technique Thursday Week 2

Today's technique requires you to take some unusual portrait shots. We want you to get within 12" of your subject and using your camera's macro mode fill the frame to the brim to examine the details of the nose, face, lips etc. Then,when you've found a pleasing composition, take your photo. Remember to think creatively, it needn't be a person you photograph. for instance, it could be your pet.
